Returns & Exchange Policy

1. No General Returns
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect identified at the time of purchase.
2. Manufacturing Defect Exception
If a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of purchase or on delivery, please write to us at hello@thanira.in within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will inspect the piece and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Exchange (If Applicable)
Exchange requests, if applicable, must be made within 3 days from the invoice date with the original bill and product tag intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Customized & Altered Orders
Customized, altered or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Damage & Wear
Thanira is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, accidental breakage or regular wear and tear. Please follow the care instructions on the product page to keep your piece looking its best.
6. Repairs & Replating
Repairs and replating services may be chargeable depending on the product's condition and the service requirements. Reach us at hello@thanira.in for an estimate.
7. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement of the correct piece.
