1. Acceptance

By accessing or using shopthanira.com, and by purchasing from Thanira, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Sale Finality

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect identified at the time of purchase.

3. Exchange Window

Exchange requests, if applicable, must be made within 3 days from the invoice date with the original bill and product tag intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection by our team.

4. Product Care

Thanira pieces are fashion / imitation jewellery crafted in copper alloy with a gold polish finish. They require proper care — please avoid contact with water, perfume, chemicals, sweat and moisture to maintain shine and durability.

5. Appearance & Handcrafted Detailing

Colour, finish and stone appearance may vary slightly from product images due to lighting, screen calibration and handcrafted detailing. These natural variations are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.

6. Damage & Liability

Thanira is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, accidental breakage, or regular wear and tear. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thanira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products purchased.

7. Customized & Special Orders

Customized, altered or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Repairs & Replating

Repairs and replating services may be chargeable depending on the product's condition and the service requirements. Our team will share an estimate before any work is started.

9. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to limit quantities at our discretion.

10. Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All photography, designs, copy and trademarks on this site belong to Thanira. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them without our written permission.

12. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
